Fanshawe Alum at A-Channel
Fanshawe College alumnus Julie Atchison, above, is set to take over the channel’s weather desk.
Originally from Peterborough, Atchison is a graduate of Fanshawe’s Broadcast Journalism program. She also completed Fanshawe’s innovative post-graduate diploma in Television News – an intensive program that trains students to handle all aspects of television news coverage, from interviewing and reporting to filming and editing. The program gives graduates more options in terms of working in the media.
